Key benefits

In line with our underlying principle of rewarding financial performance, we operate an annual company-wide, discretionary staff bonus scheme - depending on the financial results of the company overall and the financial results of each division. We also have a generous pension scheme, private medical insurance and life assurance for most of our permanent roles.

Time out

We offer a generous holiday entitlement starting at 28 days which increases throughout your time here, and you can also buy up to a week’s worth of extra days for those years when you have special plans. In addition, you can take two additional paid Community Days each year to support outreach activities close to your heart, and we also offer summer hours for the majority of our roles where we finish at 1pm on Fridays during the summer months.

Interest-free loans
