An extremely important addition to our field. While covering new ground in the realm of eating disorders, it also explores how body image is impacted by human phenomena such as gender, various forms of trauma, and medical conditions. This is a fascinating book, and one that I expect to turn to often in both of my roles as art therapist and mental health counselor.
